Laboratory of optoelectronic materials and devices

In the laboratory of optoelectronic materials and devices, there are four faculties, 2 professors, 1 associate professor and 1 lecture/assistant professor. Our current research is mainly focused on the new type optoelectronic materials and devices, regarding solar cells, light emitting diodes and detectors. Our group have established close cooperative relationship with some top research groups in the United States, Sweden, Denmark and Hong Kong. In recent five years, we have published over 100 peer-reviewed papers including more than 10 invited papers in the journals such as Energy Environ. Sci., Adv. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater. Authorized 12 national invention patents. And we have undertaken more than 30 national, provincial and plant association research projects.
