Intensive research and teaching can be very exhausting. Therefore, to help faculties and staff release the stress and to build a better group spirit, the union of the Institute for Advanced Materials and Technology organized a walking session at the Beijing Olympic Forest Part on 9th Nov. 2019 at 9 am for all union members from the institute.

Overall, there were over 100 staff joined the walking session. The CPC secretary of the institute, Mrs. Li led the group to walk one lap of the south part of the park and it lasted for about 1 hour.

All staff participated the walking session agreed that walking in the park can really help them to relax and have a health style of living.
