Personal profile:

Xu Lining, born in 1976, PhD , professor, master students supervisor. Received bachelor degree(2000) and master degree (2002) from Tsinghua University. In 2005, he received PhD state key laboratory of sensor technology. Research scholar at Fontana corrosion center from Ohio State University between 2014 and 2015.

Research direction:

1. Anti-corrosion mechanisms for low Cr steels and soldering behaviours

2. High entropy alloys and pitting mechanisms

3. Pitts induced SCC

4. Effect of hydrogen on corrosion

Scientific research achievement :

Involved in several key project from the MOST and NSFC. Published over 40 papers on Corrosion ScienceApplied Surface Science, etc.. 2 patents.
