主持国家自然科学基金面上(2项)/青年项目、北京市自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发子课题、航空科学基金、山东省重点研发计划课题等科研项目10余项。获得日内瓦国际发明展金奖(排名第一)、中国有色金属工业科学技术二等奖(排名第一)、机械工业科学技术二等奖(排名第一)等奖项。获中国及美国发明专利授权25项(均为第一发明人),技术转化4项,实现梯度增材制造装备及梯度材料制件产业化,装备及产品被多家企业科研院所购置。
