个人简介

张笑妍,副研究员,硕士生导师。2017年毕业于清华大学材料学院材料科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位;2017 -2019年,于清华大学材料学院从事博士后研究工作;2018-2019年,于瑞士联邦材料科学与技术研究所(Empa,Swiss Federal Laboratories for Material Science and Technology)访问交流;2019年10月入职北京科技大学新材料技术研究院。担任中国再生资源产业技术创新战略联盟青年专家委员会委员、北京市朝阳区预防医学会医工融合转化专委会会员、《陶瓷学报》青年编委等。
先后主持国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、广东省基础与应用基础研究基金、中国博士后科学基金、清华大学新型陶瓷与精细工艺国家重点实验室开放课题重点项目等10余项。获得中国有色金属工业科学技术奖一等奖、2022金砖国家工业创新大赛优秀项目奖、陕西高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果奖、“优秀硕士学位论文”指导教师。
指导多名研究生获国家奖学金、院长奖学金、小米奖学金、企业奖学金、北京地区高等学校优秀毕业生、优秀硕士学位论文、北京科技大学优秀毕业生、优秀三好研究生等奖励荣誉,毕业后在西北工业大学、中国电科五十五所、北京航星机器制造有限公司、龙芯中科技术股份有限公司、华虹半导体有限公司、中铝科学技术研究院等高校、企业院所深造/工作。

研究方向

(1) 固废资源化与绿色建材
聚焦“双碳”战略下固废减量与建材升级的核心需求,研究钢渣、二次铝灰、硅锰合金渣、粉煤灰等无机非金属固废的资源化利用,开发固废基防火保温板等绿色建材。
(2) 高性能结构陶瓷
开发耐高温隔热陶瓷、透波陶瓷、热化学燃料生产用多孔陶瓷,面向航空航天、新能源、环保等高端领域的材料需求。
(3) 先进陶瓷制造技术
研究陶瓷3D打印(增材制造)技术以突破复杂形状结构件的快速成型难题;攻关新型陶瓷胶态成型工艺,解决传统陶瓷成型易开裂、密度不均的难点。

科研业绩

在Advanced Functional Materials、Nano Letters、Journal of Advanced Ceramics、Additive Manufacturing、Journal of the European Ceramic Society、Journal of the American Ceramic Society等国内外知名期刊发表SCI论文70余篇,以第一作者及通讯作者身份发表SCI论文45篇,以第一发明人授权国家发明专利6项。
