报告摘要/Abstract
Residual stress can be generated due to additive fabrication process. It can influence components’ utilisation properties and their durability. It is important to determine the level and the distribution of residual stress on samples obtained by additive fabrication. The talk will show how Nimonic C263 powders (Ni-based alloy) are used to fabricate samples by SLM (Selective Laser Melting) and DMD (Direct Metal Deposition) techniques. The TiAl samples obtained by DMD technique will also be discussed. The residual stresses have been analysis by X-ray diffraction method on Nimonic C263 samples and on TiAl samples after additive fabrication and after heat treatments. The talk will include the mechanical properties (tensile tests and hardness) study on Nimonic C263 samples and the associated microstructure.

Vincent JI(嵇宁),巴黎南十一大学特级教授,博士研究生导师,巴黎第十一大学工学院材料系系主任。法国标准委员会无损探测分会委员,上海交大,北京交大,北航的客座教授。任中国残余应力协会和中国喷丸强化协会副主任。主要从事晶体材料微观结构和力学性能的关系、工程材料失效分析、工程材料残余应力分析、衍射应力分析技术的开发与应用方面的研究工作,在国际上率先提出即时(in-situ)X射线材料表面力学性能测试思想。X射线小角度衍射测量应力梯度和非立方体单晶应力测量的方法,系统研究了工程材料表面残余应力分布、外加载应力及材料表面的本构关系与材料微观结构的联系,在国际上被广泛引用。主持和参与了多项欧盟、法国科研部和法国国家科学研究中心(CNRS)的科研项目。发表SCI收录论文250余篇,在法国培养了博士20余名,硕士30余名。
嵇宁教授代表法国巴黎十一大学和我校建立了“优秀本科生国际交流项目”合作关系,至今已选派多名学生赴法深造,嵇宁教授也长期指导赴法交流的我校学子。
