许立宁,男,工学博士,1976年生,研究员。2000年从清华大学材料系本科毕业,同时获得计算机系第二学位,2002年从清华材料系硕士毕业,2005年从中国科学院电子学研究所传感技术国家重点实验室博士毕业。2014-2015年,美国俄亥俄州立大学材料学院访问学者。十五年来致力于氢脆与应力腐蚀、耐蚀钢开发、监检测技术、安全评价以及涂层技术研究。获得国家注册安全工程师资质,是NACE管道腐蚀完整性认证专家,长期从事临氢装置和油气管道安全评价、寿命预测和完整性管理。获得NACE涂层涂装检查员I级和II级资质。

长期从事新钢种开发、选材工作,主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目“低Cr管线钢在油气田CO2环境下耐蚀机理研究”、国家科技支撑计划“化工园区公用管道安全生产风险防范关键技术研究”,作为课题副组长承担十一五国家科技重大专项之“南海深水油气勘探开发示范工程”项目子专题“荔湾3-1气田海底管道防腐方案研究”,以及国家科技重大专项十二五“荔湾3-1气田设施内腐蚀控制及选材设计”子专题。承担中国海洋石油总公司“3%Cr管线钢在番禺平台上部设施管线的中试实验研究”和“抗CO2腐蚀低合金钢在海底管道适用性研究”等科研项目30余项,在国际上首次提出并详细阐明了低Cr钢的“准钝化”及其内涵,建立起独立于碳钢和不锈钢之外的低Cr钢耐蚀机理体系,并深入开展低Cr钢焊接、氢脆和应力腐蚀的研究。在Corrosion Science、Applied Surface Science等刊物上发表SCI/EI论文100余篇,其中ESI高被引论文1篇,一区TOP期刊论文10余篇,已授权国家专利10余项,获邀在国际和国内大会作报告10 余次。参译《尤利格腐蚀手册》(化学工业出版社,2005年),完成对鞍钢、中石化普光气田等企业技术人员的腐蚀与防护授课和培训。
