王德仁,1971年生,硕士,副教授,硕士生导师。腐蚀与防护中心党支部书记,现任北京市腐蚀、磨蚀与表面技术重点实验室副主任,曾任国家级实验教学示范中心副主任。为中国腐蚀与防护学会会员、中国稀土学会会员,担任有色金属学报、Surface and Coatings Technology、Journal of Scientific Research and Reports、ACTA METALLURGICA SINICA (ENGLISH LETTER)、Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China、材料研究学报、北京科技大学学报、北京航空航天大学学报、水电能源科学等期刊审稿人。研究方向:材料化学与表面技术。在国内外刊物上发表论文70余篇,其中EI检索论文40篇,SCI检索论文45篇,获得授权国家发明专利12项。多次获得“北京科技大学优秀共产党员”荣誉称号和“工会优秀积极分子”称号、2015年获得北京科技大学年度保密工作先进个人称号、2017年荣获中国人民解放军海军装备部“海军装备采购评标专家”、2019-2020年度荣获“院长-奖教金”。 在合金涂层和陶瓷涂层制备工艺、抗氧化(含水蒸气)、抗硫化性能评估方面承担过多项研究工作,提出了利用微波加热来制备铝化物、硅化物等合金涂层,有效地解决了石化、电力、冶金行业中存在的多个难题;在国家自然科学基金项目“阴极微弧电沉积氧化锆-氧化钇陶瓷涂层的研究”和“水溶液中电极表面气膜微弧放电的机理及其物理化学效应研究”中也获得许多创新的成果。利用微纳激光表面预处理和施加低表面能活性物质成功制备了耐磨、超高润湿角和小滚动角的超疏水涂层,在海洋工程用钢抗生物污损方面开展了应用研究。
