高延子,理学博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。曾就读于北京科技大学,先后获得工学学士和工学硕士学位;曾就读于北京大学,获得理学博士学位。主要从事高性能液晶/高分子复合调光膜和大面积彩色柔性薄膜的研究,开发了宽温域、广视角车用智能调光膜制备技术和具有多种色彩变换特性的大面积薄膜制备技术。作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金青年项目、企业横向等课题。以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇;申请专利10余项,获授权专利9项,专利成果转化6项。
1、车用宽温域广视角电控智能调光膜 2、大面积变色调光膜 3、新型防伪溯源材料和技术
主要从事高分子液晶材料的合成、液晶复合材料的制备、液晶取向控制、胆甾相液晶光控膜、PDLC膜等方面的研究:(1)在车用调光膜方向开展了基础和应用研究。着重解决目前导致聚合物分散液晶薄膜在汽车用中存在的开态雾度过高、视角过窄以及应用温域不够宽等问题。通过合理的分子设计、结构调控以及配方开发,进而对加工工艺进行优化,进一步开展正式和反式调光膜的开发,实现能够实际应用于车辆天窗、侧窗的智能调光膜技术的突破。(2)提出了新型液晶防伪溯源系统,设计合成多个系列全新的具有不同液晶相态和相转变温度的液晶材料,制备了具有温度、电场、压力、光等多重响应的液晶/高分子复合薄膜,并结合产业需求开发了满足疫苗运输、农产品溯源、酒类示温等的十余种防伪溯源器件和技术,其中农产品及红酒用热历史溯源和示温功能型标签已实现产业化应用。(3)系统研究了热聚合和紫外聚合方法制备PDLC薄膜的工艺,并提出使用叔胺类催化剂提高热聚合制备方法效率,大幅缩短聚合所需时间,同时发现将特定二官能度、三官能度可聚合单体按照不同比列加入紫外聚合体系能够优化薄膜的力学性能,为PDLC应用于大面积显示领域、电致和热致变色、商用智能调光膜等方向提供了理论基础与技术储备。
