【个人简介】

张林兴,博士,教授/研究员,博士生导师。主要致力于铁电多功能信息薄膜的结构设计和铁电-铁磁-光电等特性研究;已发表SCI论文50多篇, 包括Science(2篇,第一作者和通讯作者各一篇)、Nano Lett.(第一兼通讯)、APR(通讯作者)、CEJ(通讯作者)等。申请国家发明专利6项,国内外学术会议特邀报告20余次,主持和参与国家级等项目12项。学术兼职有IJMMM 期刊的青年编委、JSPS HOPE Fellow、全国材料与器件科学家智库膜材料专家委员会委员、中国材料研究学会会员,中国化学会会员等。

【研究方向】

1、铁电薄膜的新结构设计及其器件;
2、电子信息功能薄膜的制备技术和结构解析以及电光磁等特性。
